Registration 2010

Halifax Chebucto Minor Baseball Registration

The 2010 Halifax Chebucto registration are now available.

We will be holding two sessions at the times shown below or you can print off the required forms and mail them along with payment to the address below.  There are four forms that are required for registration.  They are: 

• Registration Form (available either in Word or PDF)

• Code of Conduct
  
• Player Agreement Policy
  
• Parent Behavior Agreement.
  

When: Saturday - March 27th, 9:30 to 3:00 PM
             Sunday - March 28th, 6:00 to 8:00 PM

Place: Larry O’Connell Clubhouse

If you cannot make it to either of the scheduled times, you can mail in your registration to:

or

You can drop off your completed registration forms and cheque at 6425 London Street, Halifax.
